A Very Happy Easter!

Today we took the family (what a cool word) to Church. We enrolled the kids in Sunday School and figured out the process of checking them in though the airtight security. A few minutes into the service, K and I became aware of just how long we've been waiting to be at OUR Church knowing that OUR children were next door. We'd prayed for it so hard so many times and here we are with those prayers answered. Simultaneously, M&R who we began this process with, are enjoying their new son. So perhaps it was especially appropriate that on this Easter Sunday, were were reminded of a few things:

A) God is faithful

B) The plans that God has for us are greater than our own

Here are some more recent photos...

Getting ready to leave for Church.

K2 thoroughly enjoying Easter breakfast.

K2 exploring alternative cuisines (that's one of his socks).

K1 & K2 exploring the wilds of suburbia.

M hamming it up for the camera.

What a blessing to see you all decked out for Easter Sunday!!! What an awesome picture of answered prayer. "And this is the confidence we have toward Him, that if we ask anything according to His will HE HEARS US" 1John 5:15 Praise God for your friends' answered prayer also!!!
