...right now is that we'll wrap things up today.

There is a report that needs to be done, that was realized on Tuesday. We have our appointment, with the twins, for our end of it, tomorrow morning.

Our attorney J2 said that they SAY the report will be done on Monday. THEN we'd go to court on Tuesday, for the report to be read, and the ruling to be made.

Wow.

Now, there is almost always an appeal in these cases (termination of parental rights). When we asked about this process, we were told it depends on the attorney who GETS the appeal. That it SHOULD be obvious that there is not a valid reason for an appeal to be considered. We were told if a new, excited, attorney gets the appeal, it could be long because they may try to "prove a point" and fight the ruling.
