(Room 421: Where it all happens)Today was day one of the trial.
The first hour and a half was spent trying to settle. REALLY, really trying to settle.
And it just didn't happen.
IN FACT, we were served with papers saying that A had applied for guardianship. It's a technicality and it won't amount to anything (other than additional billing for more work).
We aren't going to settle. WE are open to it. A is not.
K3 started his testimony today.
It is so emotional. And so sad. It's.....
so much.
Yet.
We have SO MUCH peace in the midst of it all.
The great news is that ALL of the attorneys are trying to wrap this trial up with in two to three days, vs eight days. That will save us SIGNIFICANTLY when it comes to financial responsibility.
We are (forever) thankful that you are all praying for and supporting us......
We could feel your prayers, we could feel the presence of the Holy Spirit....
Keep the prayers coming...... now more than ever.
They are being heard.
