The First Family Hike...
Today we took the clan to one of the national forests in Altadena. This was undoubtably the first time that any of the kids have had such an experience and it was a joy to watch their reactions....ok, to watch J's reaction. K2 and M reacted to everything in the same way that they usually do...with a fanfare of largely incoherent babble. J enjoyed catching salamanders and throwing rocks into the stream.
