still nothing

We are working with all the attorneys to settle this before trial. We've spoken with every attorney actually.

I can tell they are all rooting for us.

Wanting this to "go away" before a trial.

Because what a trial means is....

appeals...

and time.....

and money.....

and appeals....

(estimated time is a year or two before it's over)

A was offered to be shown how to use Skype.... offered a time.... but is "busy" and can't do it on the day that was offered to her.

We were told that settling can happen at any time during the trial.

That it's never too late.

I still know that all of this will be used for good.

Even if it is exhausting.
