'Quick update.
Our hearing is December 2nd.
In this next month our birth mother, T2, will have a deposition. This is where she makes a statement (hopefully) stating that the birth father, K3, did not support them, etc.
30 days from making that statement, she will need to "swear by it" in the presence of a notary.
This statement, is what our attorney will (hopefully) bring to the hearing on the 2nd.
