nutshell

OK -

Here is the nutshell, because I know people are checking in .... but - I have limited time to write at this point....

The nutshell is that the appeal case has been dismissed - but - there are other ...... factors.

I am hesitant to put much more out there than this on the blog... So, if you want technical details you can email me.

We cannot move forward just yet.... simply because that is not how our legal system is set up.

Everything is "fine" nothing has gone wrong.....

It's just not moving as quickly as I thought it would. I thought that it would be dismissed and that would be that.

Silly me. (again).
