I learned how to make Korean short ribs. Technically I learned the marinade part.... We didn't ACTUALLY cook them... Like any marinade... these guys need to sit for a bit in the fridge....

cooking class tonight
My language class instructor is also a very good chef apparently.... tonight we took a break from vowels and consonants and did some work in the kitchen instead.
