...but we have arrived without great incident. God only knows where our luggage is but we're here and that is what counts.
We walked into the house and found a TON of toys, clothes, baby furniture, dinner in the crockpot, food in the fridge, balloons, etc. Not to mention the friends that were eagerly awaiting our arrival as we pulled into the driveway.
God and good friends are great.

BTW...be forewarned when traveling with children - the old practice of announcing, "We now invite our passengers with children and those requiring additional time to board at gate number XX." is a thing of the past. Three flights and we had to fight our way through the masses each time with carry-ons, car seats, stroller, and kids. And, their flight attendants are now prohibited from touching anything that has been in contact with bodily fluids (diapers, barf bags, etc.). As J was yaking a lovely concoction of milk, salad, and chicken all over himself, one actually said, "We're here to serve food only." The other passengers were far more helpful. Gone are the glory days of air travel.
